We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and committed individual to lead the site team, manage the premises, facilities and grounds, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders within Moor House.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced, strategic and resourceful individual who can demonstrate highly effective leadership, project management, organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic development, refurbishment and ongoing maintenance of the Moor House estate. The role also requires taking leadership on all aspects of Health and Safety Management, ensuring compliance and best practice across the site, including managing associated budgets.
Candidates must have recent experience of working in a comparable role, ideally in a similar environment and hold one of the following qualifications NEBOSH, National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety or equivalent.
The post is advertised as 36 hours per week however there may be flexibility with regard to the number of hours per week. Candidates will occasionally be required to attend School at short notice outside working hours and at weekends and must therefore be flexible and live in close proximity to Moor House. On Site attendance is necessary for one day per week until 6:30pm during term time.
