References are sought prior to interview and all roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS check. Shortlisted applicants will be subject to online searches. Applicants will be provided with a chance to discuss any issues of concern that arise from these searches at interview. We reserve the right to close vacancies early if a suitable candidate is found.
