Residential Care Workers (Live out Position)

Salary: Qualified Range £28,062 - £28,523(inclusive NVQ Allowance) Unqualified range £25,808 - £27,110 Dep
Position: Full Time 42 Hours - Permanent, Fixed Term Contract & Bank hours available
Location: Oxted, Surrey

You will join a thriving Residential Care Team that delivers exceptional outcomes for speech and language impaired children and young people at this Ofsted “Outstanding” rated Special School (7-16 years) and College (16-19 years).

Responsible for providing the highest levels of care and support for our students as outlined in their Education and Healthcare Plans. You will be an appointed key-worker providing a safe and secure environment for all the students in our care, both individually and as part of a team with the overall objective of supporting students to achieve and maximise their potential.

If you are child centred, qualified and suitably experienced with a friendly and flexible approach and a commitment to develop your skills in a supportive environment then we would welcome your interest in these roles.

A relevant NVQ qualification is essential plus a commitment to undertake role specific training as required.
