Our theme 'Celebrating Difference'

Our theme this term is ‘Celebrating Difference.’ Within this theme we will have a different focus each month:

January is ‘Be Yourself’, a celebration of who we are and what makes us unique.

In February, KS3&4 will focus on ‘LGBT+ history week’, whilst KS2 will focus on kindness and accepting differences in others.

In March, we will focus on different religions.

Planned activities include:

  • Crazy Hair or Hat Day – Friday 12th January
  • KS2 and lower KS3 Talent Show – end of term
  • Various workshops focusing on our individuality

As well as assemblies and tutor time activities on our theme, we are hoping to arrange some KS2&3 visits to different places of worship, including a mosque and a mandir. More information to follow.
