Deputy Headteacher (maternity cover)

Salary: Leadership Pay Scale Spine points 13-23 plus NRA (Depending on experience)
Position: Full Time (Maternity Cover)
Location: Oxted, Surrey

Moor House School & College is a non-maintained special school for children and young people with speech and language difficulties.  Moor House offers both residential and day placements for students aged 7-19, and currently has 220 students on roll.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Headteacher to join our strong and well-established leadership team and play a key role within the Moor House community.

As part of our Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will work in an environment where students experience a positive and enriching school and college life. They will promote positive relationships and collaboration between staff teams and facilitate excellent communication with all stakeholders. Serving in the best interests of the students at all times, the Deputy Headteacher will play a major role in ensuring Moor House operates effectively, including deputising for the Principal as directed.
