The Assessment Centre provides parents and school-aged children with a high-quality service and level of expertise, which has been the hallmark of Moor House School over the years.

Moor House School is fully committed to this policy. We have worked successfully with local mainstream schools and with the Speech and Language Therapy service from the local Primary Care Trust.
We can provide an outreach service to schools.
The services that the Assessment Centre provides are:

A full pre-admission assessment with a view to a placement at Moor House School

A full assessment in order to recommend an appropriate educational provision for your child

A specialist speech and language therapy assessment with opportunities to be observed in class

A specialist half-day Speech and Language assessment
