About our School: Compliments & Complaints
Your feedback is very important to us. Your compliments highlight areas of good practice and acknowledge the hard work of our staff.
We welcome your comments as they help us to improve so that we can serve you better.
We are a caring school committed to working in partnership with parents to achieve the best for our children. Whilst we endeavour to provide a good service we are aware that sometimes misunderstandings can occur for a variety of reasons. Should this happen, the school and the governing body are fully committed to resolving them.
If you have any complaints, please discuss them with the residential care worker or class tutor. If you consider that the complaints are not resolved please pass them to the Head of Department. A copy of our complaints procedure was given to you when your child started at Moor House School- a copy is available on request.
See below for our most recent letters of compliment.
